Green oak summerhouse built using hand cut mortice and tenon joints, dry pegged to create a super strong, beautifully chunky structural frame. This supports a solid oak framed roof finished with red cedar roof shingles. We completed the exterior with oak feather edge boards, bespoke double glazed full height windows and 12′ oak bifold doors. Inside, the walls are insulated and clad in tongue and groove, all complimenting a stunning oiled red cedar floor. The proud owner has since fitted wifi, digital tv and a sound system (wood stove in the pipeline). The result is quite a thing!
